James was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional while helping me build the perfect engagement ring. He created computer simulations and a plastic model of the ring we designed. When we finally perfected the design, he built the ring way before deadline and I couldn't be happier with the way that it turned out. A+ customer service he was so nice and not like your typical chain jewelry store experience. Side note- they have a wide array of jewelry and even some pieces that would make great gifts!
